  It's a simple project. Clean the wall that you'll be covering and paint the sizing onto the wall. When that dries, tear your paper bags into sections. Wad each bag into a tightly-held ball, and unroll it, while smoothing it just a bit. Spread wall paper paste onto the bag, and affix it to the wall. Don't smooth the wrinkles all the way out you want the surface to be textured. But do make sure that you remove the air bubbles.
