It selects websites for collection, requests permissions from the website owners, addresses the technology of collecting websites and preserves the websites and makes them available. Red Roof Inn properties are often distinguished by the large dark-red shingle roof that gives them their name. There are over 340 Red Roof Inns, primarily in the Midwest, Southern, and Eastern United States. Standard amenities include: bedding, cable television, clock radios, coffee and cappuccino centers located in the lobby, and free unlimited local calling. Certain locations may provide a continental breakfast and swimming pool. All-Inclusive King rooms provide free high-speed wireless internet access, and unlimited free local and long-distance calling. Red Roof Inn is a pet-friendly hotel chain. The Red Roof Inn chain began in Columbus, Ohio. The company was founded by Jim Trueman in 1972 with the intention to provide guests with a clean, comfortable room at an affordable price. The oldest hotel (Inn #3) is still operating as a Red Roof Inn, located on East Cork Street in Kalamazoo, MI. It was built in 1973 and last renovated in 2004. The original slogan was "Sleep Cheap." I thank the gentleman for yielding. Mr. Speaker, I rise in support of this motion to instruct. I think it is a good idea that we don't have the taxpayers bailing out eternally institutions that are bankrupt. But there is an important thing to remember, that when an economy gets out of kilter, the marketplace demands a correction of that. And that's usually called the recession. Of course, we are not discussing here today exactly how we get into the excesses, but we do. And, unfortunately, debt gets too high and mal-investment gets too excessive, and the market wants to correct this. Now, it's essential that this excessive debt be liquidated. It can be liquidated in two different ways. It can be written off by inflationary currency and paid off with bad money, or it can be liquidated actually through the bankruptcy process. So I am in strong support of this, but I also want to make a point here and a suggestion to the conferees that they pay attention to the provision in the House version of our bill dealing with the Federal Reserve.   Yahoo Finance Tech Ticker - December 10th, 2009 Count famed investor Jim Rogers as an ardent support of Congressman Ron Paul's effort to audit the Fed. The Fed is "the only institution in the world I know of that doesn't expect to be audited," Rogers says in the accompanying video. "It's incomprehensible to me these people are saying they have no reason to be audited -- they must have done something wrong, must have something to hide." A longtime critic of Ben Bernanke and his predecessor, Rogers goes a (big) step further than merely auditing the Fed, suggesting we get rid of the central bank altogether. "We don't need the Fed. The Fed is making our lives miserable," the famed financier says. "The Fed is printing huge amounts of money, which we'll have to pay for sometime. The Fed is borrowing gigantic amounts of money on their balance sheet...the numbers are so staggering that this is going to have ramifications before too much longer." With an eye on history, Rogers notes the current Fed is America's third central bank: the First Bank of the US was created in 1791 with a 20-year charter. The Second Bank was created in 1816 with the same term. The current Fed was chartered in 1913. Arguably, the current Fed is the nation's fourth central bank if you count the National Banking Act of 1863-64, but Rogers' point remains the same: America survived and prospered without a central bank for long periods and can do so again.
